Withdrawal Options:

Customers can submit their withdrawal request at anytime. We are currently only offering check by mail. Withdrawals of $301 or more will be processed in about 2-4 business days from the time of the request, from Monday thru Friday. Withdrawals of $300 or less will be processed only on the 15th and the 30th of each month. Please note that once processed a Check will take 8-10 business days to arrive. Checks are not sent to PO Boxes, so please make sure you have a valid home address registered in your account.

Players must wager at least 10 times their purchase amount in order to cash-in any amount of their real money balance and before the bonus kicks in or spend 95% of their deposit when trying to meet wagering requirements. Players who attempt to cash out any winnings prior to having met wagering requirements will have their bonus cancelled and this process cannot be undone. Bonus credits may not be cashed in and must be put into play once received. Wagers made on Slots or Video will not count towards the minimum level of play. As soon as players have met their wagering requirements they are entitled to Cash out and play their bonus.

If you have made Credit Card deposits, please note that due to the new Visa and Mastercard rules we will no longer be able to issue credit backs to credit card accounts. This new Visa and Mastercard Card rule applies to all online Bingo sites. This being the case all customers must send a Credit Card Authorization Form*) along with a copy of a valid picture ID and a copy of the credit card used to fund their account before we can process any redemption requests. A request will be sent by accounting department to the email address registered to your account.

We will send a check with a flat cost fee of $10 for withdrawals of $300 or less and $60 for withdrawals over $301. Customers who have deposited using I-Checks must wait 7-12 business days, to ensure that all i-checks have been cleared by the processor (even if it has cleared the player’s bank).
Any additional deposit via the i-check system (over the phone) while payouts are still pending will delay the payout until the new deposit has been cleared by the processor (7-12 business days more). Players that have used credit cards MUST send in the CC fax back form before the payout can be processed. Note that the 4 business days will apply upon reception of the form.
