How do I get started?

Step 1: Join FunTimeBingo by clicking the Registration Page.

Step 2: Deposit funds into your account. To access the Cashier, simply log into your account (see window on top left, or select the "My Account" link on the left toolbar).

Step 3: After logging in, look for the game you like and get ready to yell BINGO!!!

Frequent running games means that you do not have to wait very long to play. You can join in on the fun any time, day or night! In fact, a new game starts every 2 minutes after a game ends, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. On average, there are about 120 games every day through a rotation of about 20 different Bingo game variations.

How do I collect my winnings?

Jackpot prizes are deposited directly into a Player's Account every time a player wins our game. For games where there is more than one winner (multiple simultaneous winners) the jackpots are shared evenly amongst all the winners of a game.
NOTE: Under no circumstances will the FunTimeBingo Corporation issue payment from a winner's account to an address other that which corresponds to the address in the player's registration information.

Withdrawals will be processed out in 2 to 4 business days hours of request. If deposit was made by credit card Players need to print out, fill out and send us the Credit Card FaxBack Form that can be found at http://www.funtimebingo.com/funding.asp (bottom of page). All payout will be sent out via check, with a flat fee of $10 if the payout is less than $300, or $60 if it is more than the said amount. Please note that a deposit will have to be rolled over once in order to qualify for a payout. If a withdrawal request is made before, a 5% fee will be deducted.

Please note that any winnings from bounced checks will be forfeited.

What are the rules?

1. Fairness Statement
   We believe that the FunTimeBingo Game system has been designed to be 100% fair to all players. We work with our developers to continue to reinforce the products reliability based on technical issues that have arisen due to the various factors associated with Internet Bingo. Unlike a Bingo hall where a Player can YELL Bingo and halt the Game immediately, Internet Bingo is played across the globe in many different time zones through a large network of interconnected routers and satellite connections. Although there are times when the Internet runs smoothly and network traffic arrives to it's destination on time, there are a number of factors that can prevent data from arriving.
   
   
   • Dropped connections -This can be when a players dialup connection to their ISP times out because they were on too long, or because someone picks up a second phone while connected via dialup or other situations that will terminate their connection to their ISP. Sometimes, ISP's have network problems that inhibit or prevent network traffic from reaching their destinations.
     
     
   • System Hang-ups - Occurs when the program encounters a situation that prevents it from working or is terminated abnormally by the operating system. This can happen with any software program. We have analyzed this for FunTimeBingo and have determined that this happens about 0.001% (or 1 in every thousand) of all the games played.
     
     
   • Internet Routing Issues - Sometimes there is network congestion on the Internet that prevents or inhibits network traffic from arriving at its destination. You may have experienced this while surfing the net on your browser after you click on an active link and nothing happens. Sometimes pressing reload will clear this problem.
     
     
   • Socket Errors - Socket errors occur when situation (1) or (3) occur and indicates a poor or non-functioning Internet connection.
     
     
2. In each case we have taken "the customer is always right" attitude and credited back player winnings or game credits. At the same time we have asked our developers to produce work-arounds to these issues and to deliver a Bingo game to our players that will guarantee that the money they spend is well invested. We want to ensure that when a player purchases a game card they have every chance of winning and that the outcome of the game is NOT affected by the:
   
   
   • Instability of the internet
     
     
   • Speed of one players internet connection over the other player or
     
     
   • Physical location on the globe.
     
     
3. Game System Protocol
   
   
   • The Game Server Starts a New game by selecting the Game pattern for the next game.
     
     
   • The Game server enables player card purchasing.
     
     
   • The Players manually select their game cards from a deck of 30,000 unique bingo cards.
     
     
   • Players purchase their desired cards. The purchase requests are sent to the game server.
     
     
   • The game server receives the purchase requests from the players and enters their selected cards into the game. The server sends an acknowledgement back to the player telling the player that their cards have been purchased, and entered into the game.
     
     
   • 25 Seconds before game start time the game server suspends further card purchasing.
     
     
   • The game server waits an additional 15 seconds to make sure that all purchase requests have been completed and properly entered into the system.
     
     
   • The game server then generates 75 numbers between 1 and 75 using the systems random number generator.
     
     
   • The game server then systematically applies the random calls to each of the player purchased bingo cards and cross checks each card with the winning pattern. With this procedure the game server has now determined the number of winning bingo cards in the deck of player purchased cards and at which call the cards have won.
     
     
   • The game server then broadcasts all of the calls to the players game clients (both Java & windows version).
     
     
   • The player's game client software receives this information and begins calling the numbers.
     
     
   • Calls are presented to the user every ten seconds.
     
     
   • Players can then play and chat with other players knowing that in the event of any system, or telecommunications interruption their cards have been fairly entered into the game and that in each case the true game winner (or winners) will be awarded the prize.
     
     

   The outline provided here shows that our game system is fair and completely random. Players are presented with random cards which they can select at random. The 75 calls for the game are generated randomly AFTER the card sales have closed. The only factor that enters into determining a winner is the cards that players select on their own. There are no external or internal factors that assist or deter people from winning - it is purely a combination of card selection strategy and luck. Players are always credited with wins regardless of program or network problems during a game in progress.

4. Admission reserved
   
   Funtime bingo reserves the right to disable any accounts that are suspicious of running a software that in any way changes the odds. When a customer has successfully created an account she/he agrees with all the terms of the site, including that management can close any account without notice.

Who can participate?

1. To participate in a Game a Player must be 18 years of age or older, must read and consent to all of the Participating Rules and must have authorization to use a valid credit card acceptable to FunTimeBingo™.
   
   
2. 1.Participation will require that Players register with FunTimeBingo™ by correctly completing the registration details and offering a full name, address, city, zip code or postal code, state or province, country, e-mail address (if any) and telephone number. For any subsequent participation, a Player must login with their Player ID (provided by FunTimeBingo™) and the Player password.
   
   
3. Games will be offered at approximately 2 (two) minutes after completion of a previous game. FunTimeBingo™ has exclusive authority to modify the Game schedule without prior notice.
   
   
4. Any Player who wins a Prize may be transmitted a reference number which will identify a specific win. The Player is responsible for the preserving of any reference numbers provided.
   
   
5. In the event that there is a discrepancy between the Game Variation as it is recorded in FunTimeBingo's database, and that recorded by the Player, the Calls recorded in the FunTimeBingo™ game server shall be considered valid.
   
   
6. A Purchase will be void if for any reason payment is not received by FunTimeBingo™ or if there is an applicable charge-back at a later date. FunTimeBingo™ reserves the right to limit any Player's participation in a Game, particularly in the event that a Purchase is rendered void.
   
   
7. Prizes will be deposited into the Player's Account.
   
   
8. The balance of a Winners Account will be mailed upon a request by the Player, to the mailing address provided at registration.
   
   
9. Employees of the FunTimeBingo Corporation are prohibited from participating in a Game
   
   
10. Players can request a Payout only under the following conditions:
    

 

• Players can request a payout from their winnings only. The amounts cannot exceed their Player Account cash balance which must be in good standing. The FunTimeBingo Corporation reserves the right to withhold any such payments until all financial transactions have been settled and cleared.
  
  
• Players can request a payout if they wish to close their Players account. Any unpaid or outstanding charges will be subtracted from their account balance in the event of charge backs.
  
  
• Players CANNOT request a payout from deposits made to their account unless they wish to cash out and close their Player Account. Requesting payouts from their account balance derived from deposits and not wins will be deemed a cash advance from the FunTimeBingo Corporation and a misuse of our online purchasing system. In such cases, The FunTimeBingo Corporation may levy a surcharge to offset transaction and administrative costs.
  
  
• In ALL cases, the FunTimeBingo Corporation reserves the right to withhold any such payments until all financial transactions have been settled and cleared.

Free Money Rules

Bonus Rules

Bonus money is not available for withdrawal, so you cannot request the portion that corresponds to the bonus money. Only the winnings on the bonus money are available for withdrawal.

Bonus money is only available to play the bingo games. All others games can only be played with money from deposits or winnings.

Players must spend 95% of there deposit, OR wager 10 times their deposit amount (on first deposit – bonus 150%) and 4 times their deposit amount (for any subsequent deposits – bonus 20%) in order to OBTAIN, the BONUS (Please note that casino games do not count as wagers to obtain the bonus, therefore it will take longer for the bonus to qualify.),

Example
A player who makes a $25 sign up deposit would have to wager ($25 x 10) ~ $250 before the 150% deposit bonus becomes "qualified" to your account. If the player was to lose ($25 x 95%)= $23.75 before meeting this requirement, the bonus would automatically become "qualified" and made available for wagering.

A player who makes a $20 second deposit would have to wager ($25 x 4) ~ $100 before the 20% deposit bonus becomes "qualified" to your account. If the player was to lose ($25 x 95%)= $23.75 before meeting this requirement, the bonus would automatically become "qualified" and made available for wagering. Please note that this wagering requirement may change on days when special promotions, with higher bonus percentages.

Players who cash out any winnings prior to having obtained there bonus (i.e.: before it has been added to your bonus balance) will have their bonus cancelled. Your Bonus balance may not be cashed out but can be used to play our Bingo game only any winnings resulting from using your bonus will become available in your cash balance and can then be cashed out. Please note that your cash balance will always be used first and can be used to play any of our games your our system will always play the banking balance before it starts playing our bonus balance; your banking balance is the balance you are able to cash out. Please note if you have met the Bonus requirements (ie: it has diverted to player account, you will NOT lose any bonus upon cashout.

Any withdrawal requests made before the bonus rules have been satisfied will result in a reduction of the payout by the amount of the bonus. For example, if $100 is deposited, and the current promotion is 30% bonus, a $30 bonus is put in the account. A payout request for $70 that is submitted before the bonus rules are satisfied will result in a reduction of the payout by $30.

A deposit must be made at least once every 14 days to be active, for bonus and promotions.

CHATROOM RULES AND ETIQUETTE

Out of consideration for our Chat Monitors (CMs) and all our players, FUNTIMEBINGO asks that all its players abide by the following rules:

Our CM's are awesome, but they are not supernatural. A busy chat room takes lots of concentration to manage. If your CM does not answer your question straight away be assured they will get back to you, or simply ask again, please be patient.

Please have respect for your CM's authority. Our CM's love their jobs here at Funtimebingo, but like with any position it can be quite stressful at times, so please don't try to make their jobs more difficult.

The CM's have the last say in who receives FTB's please do not argue with them, they do not have favorites please understand they are doing their job.

Our CMs type in capital letters to differentiate themselves from players they will also always show in RED. To help them, please do not use CAPS. This can be very confusing for players.

Please do not use bad language in the chat room, in jest or in a more serious manner, neither will be tolerated.

If you have a problem that does not directly involve the CM or the players, please keep it out of the chat room, players are there to have fun, not to be put under duress, there are several ways in which you can have your problems addressed on a one to one basis, by sending a trouble ticket or contacting online help, please be patient in waiting for your replies, remember you are not the only player here, but you are of equal importance, and your problem will be attended to as soon as possible.
